Refund Policy

We stand behind everything we offer. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Subscription Refunds
If you subscribe to any Andrenes Soul Food plan and are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, email us at info@andrenes.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and we will process a full refund within 3-5 business days.
After 30 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. However, you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for already-processed payments.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time after the 30-day window.
Physical Product Returns
Kitchen products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The original packaging is intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
To initiate a return, email info@andrenes.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Items returned damaged or showing signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@andrenes.com with:
- Your full name and the email address on your account
- Order number or subscription start date
- Brief description of your request (optional)
We respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.
