1. Accounts

You must create an account to access subscription content or make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not share your account credentials with others.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription plans grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access recipe content during the subscription period. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store complete card numbers. All amounts are in USD.

4. Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including recipes, text, photographs, videos, and the Andrenes Soul Food name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial printing of individual recipes for personal kitchen use is permitted.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) share your subscription credentials or allow others to access your account; (b) reproduce or republish our recipe content on any other platform; (c) use automated tools to scrape or download content; (d) interfere with the security or operation of our Site; (e) use our Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Product Purchases

Physical products are shipped by our fulfillment partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results from the use of our recipes will meet your expectations. Cooking involves inherent risk; you assume all responsibility for kitchen safety.

9. Limitation of Liability
