Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1.5 cups whole milk
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients
- Whisk eggs, milk and butter together
- Combine wet and dry until just mixed
- Rest batter 5 minutes
- Cook on griddle at medium heat
- Serve with maple syrup and butter
