Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Whisk eggs, milk and butter together
  3. Combine wet and dry until just mixed
  4. Rest batter 5 minutes
  5. Cook on griddle at medium heat
  6. Serve with maple syrup and butter
