Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt, pepper, cayenne
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk overnight
- Season flour with spices
- Dredge chicken in seasoned flour
