Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Remove membrane from ribs
- Apply dry rub all over
- Wrap in foil and bake at 300F for 2.5 hours
- Unwrap and brush with BBQ sauce
- Grill 10 minutes until caramelized
